TRACKING:
All orders sent with Auspost can be tracked here with the tracking number found in your shipping confirmation email.
Once your order has been shipped, an email confirmation will be sent to you with tracking information.
Purchases that are made after 12pm (AEST) on weekdays and all orders on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the following business day.
Kotomi is not responsible for any import charges, duties or taxes on international sales. If you reject a parcel due to unexpected customs and import charges, we reserve the right to withhold the cost of shipping your parcel each way when we complete your refund.
UNCLAIMED PACKAGES:
Parcels that have been attempted to be delivered but is not claimed by the customer within the allocated time frame, will generally be returned to us by your local postal service. In this situation, the customer will be liable for shipping charges. Once the parcel is returned to our team, a gift card to the value of the order items minus the original shipping cost will be issued to the customer which may be used to repurchase the order.
