All orders are shipped by the following business day. Please note that during sale and peak periods, dispatch may take up to 3 business days.

Shipping times given are from the day after dispatch and do not include weekends, public holidays or customs delays.

PRE-ORDERS

Orders containing one or more pre-order items will be shipped together once the pre-order item becomes available. If you would like the in-stock items to be shipped out first, please reply to your order confirmation email to request this.

Once your order has been shipped, an email confirmation will be sent to you with tracking information.
