We offer FREE shipping for all AU & NZ orders over $100AUD and international orders over $125AUD.
All orders are dispatched within 2 business days. Please note that during sale and peak periods, dispatch may take up to 4 business days. Estimated shipping times are from the day after dispatch and do not include weekends, public holidays or customs delays. Once your order has been shipped, an email confirmation will be sent to you with tracking information.
All orders are shipped with Auspost (standard) or DHL express (express).
Please note: only standard services can be shipped to PO boxes or military bases

TRACKING
Once your order has been shipped, an email confirmation will be sent to you with tracking information.
Purchases that are made after 12pm (AEDT/AEST) on weekdays and all orders on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the following business day.
DUTIES AND TAXES
Duties and taxes are included in the price for Australia, New Zealand & USA.
Some countries require duties and taxes to be paid upon delivery depending on each countries' duty policy.
UNCLAIMED PACKAGES
Parcels that have been attempted to be delivered but is not claimed by the customer within the allocated time frame, will generally be returned to us by your local postal service. In this situation, the customer will be liable for the return shipping charges. Once the parcel is returned to our team, a gift card to the value of the order items minus the original+return shipping cost will be issued to the customer.
FAILED DELIVERIES & INCORRECT DETAILS
Failed delivery due to incorrect, absent or misspelt postal addresses are at the fault of the customer and therefore not covered by shipping insurance.
A replacement or refund cannot be sent in these instances. If the package is delivered to an incorrect address, the customer will need to contact the courier to attempt to retrieve the package. If the package is returned to our warehouse, a store credit will be issued minus a $15AUD handling fee + return shipping costs once the package is returned.

What if my order is marked as delivered but I haven’t received it?
If your package has been scanned as delivered but you have not received it, please check the area surrounding your mailbox and front door immediately. Where possible, also check with your neighbours.
If it was shipped to a business address, please check with the people in your office/reception.
If you still cannot locate your parcel, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery scan, so that we can assist with following up your parcel. You must also contact your local courier to lodge an inquiry to ensure this is resolved as soon as possible.
USA customers:
Contact USPS to request proof of delivery via this link: https://emailus.usps.com/s/package-inquiry
If you fail to contact us within this timeframe, we will not be able to organise a replacement.
IMPORTANT NOTICE:
In cases where a shipment is marked as delivered by the carrier but is reported as not received by the customer, an investigation will be initiated with the carrier. If the carrier confirms the parcel as lost, the customer will be eligible for a replacement or store credit only. Refunds will not be provided under these circumstances. This policy is in place to mitigate fraudulent claims and to ensure the integrity of our shipping process.
