If a delivery attempt is made but the package isn’t claimed within the allocated time frame, it will typically be returned to us by your local postal service. In this case, the customer is responsible for the return shipping charges.
Once the package is returned to our warehouse, we’ll issue a gift card for the value of the order items, minus the original shipping cost and return shipping fees.
