What happens if I don’t claim my package?

If a delivery attempt is made but the package isn’t claimed within the allocated time frame, it will typically be returned to us by your local postal service. In this case, the customer is responsible for the return shipping charges.

Once the package is returned to our warehouse, we’ll issue a gift card for the value of the order items, minus the original shipping cost and return shipping fees.

To avoid this, please ensure you’re available to receive your delivery or contact your local postal service to arrange an alternative pickup. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out to us at orders@kotomi.com.au.
