When will my order be shipped?
All orders are shipped by the following business day. Please note that during sale and peak periods, dispatch may take up to 3 business days. Shipping times given are from the day after dispatch and do not include weekends, public holidays or customs delays. PRE-ORDERSOrders containing one or more pre-order items will be shipped together once the pre-order item becomes available. If you would like the in-stock items to be shipped out first, please reply to your order confirmation email to request this.Once your order has been shipped, an email confirmation will be sent to you with tracking information.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Use this to track your order on the courier’s website. If you haven’t received tracking information within 3 business days, check your spam folder or contact us.
Are duties and taxes included?
Duties and taxes are included for standard shipping to Australia, New Zealand, USA, and UAE. For other countries, duties and taxes may apply upon delivery.
Do you ship to PO boxes or military bases?
Yes, we ship to PO boxes in Australia. For international orders, standard shipping can deliver to PO boxes, but DHL Express cannot.
What if my order is marked as delivered but I haven’t received it?
If your package has been scanned as delivered but you have not received it, please check the area surrounding your mailbox and front door immediately. Where possible, also check with your neighbours.If it was shipped to a business address, please check with the people in your office/reception.If you still cannot locate your parcel, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery scan, so that we can assist with following up your parcel. You must also contact your local courier to lodge an inquiry to ensure this is resolved as soon as possible.If you fail to contact us within this timeframe, we will not be able to organise a replacement.
What happens if my delivery fails due to an incorrect address?
If a delivery fails because of an incorrect, incomplete, or misspelled address provided by the customer, it is not covered by shipping insurance. Unfortunately, we cannot issue a replacement or refund in these cases.If the package is delivered to the wrong address, we recommend contacting the courier directly to attempt retrieval. If the package is returned to our warehouse, we will issue a store credit for the order value, minus a $15AUD handling fee and return shipping costs.Return Shipping Costs:Australia & New Zealand: $8AUDInternational: $15AUDTo avoid delivery issues, please double-check your shipping details at checkout. If you need to update your address after placing an order, contact us immediately at orders@kotomi.com.au before your order is dispatched.
What if I’m not home to receive my delivery?
The courier will usually leave a card with instructions for pickup. For DHL Express, you may need to contact them directly to arrange redelivery.
What happens if I don’t claim my package?
If a delivery attempt is made but the package isn’t claimed within the allocated time frame, it will typically be returned to us by your local postal service. In this case, the customer is responsible for the return shipping charges.Once the package is returned to our warehouse, we’ll issue a gift card for the value of the order items, minus the original shipping cost and return shipping fees.To avoid this, please ensure you’re available to receive your delivery or contact your local postal service to arrange an alternative pickup. SHIPPING: We ship worldwide! All orders are dispatched on the following business day. Free shipping is available for Australian orders above $100AUD or international orders above $125AUD.

RETURNS: We accept returns for all full priced & sale items (excluding lingerie bottoms) within 30 days from your delivery date. All items must be unworn and in their original condition.
