What materials are your swimsuits made from?
Our swimsuits are crafted from high-quality, durable materials designed for comfort and longevity. At least 50% of each bikini is made from recycled fabrics. We prioritise sustainable practices without compromising on quality or comfort.
How should I care for my swimsuit?
Hand wash your swimsuit in cold water with mild detergent and lay it flat to dry. Avoid wringing or machine washing to extend its lifespan.
What steps are you taking to reduce your environmental impact?
At Kotomi Swim, we care deeply for our planet and are committed to creating consciously. Here’s what we’re doing:Compostable/Post-Consumer Waste Mailers: Since 2018, we’ve used compostable/recycled mailers. Compostable/Recycled Product Bags & Hygiene Stickers: We’ve eliminated single-use plastic packaging and now use compostable bags made from PLA (plant-based materials) or bags made with at least 70% Ocean Bound Plastic from @betterpackagingco.Recycled Fabrics: Over 50% of each bikini is made from recycled fabrics, and we’re working towards 100% eco-friendly materials.SmartCycle Recycling: Where we can’t eliminate plastic, we collect and recycle all soft plastics through SmartCycle to prevent them from ending up in landfill.We’re proud of our progress but know there’s more work to be done. We’re constantly learning and evolving to reduce our environmental impact.
