how it works

Choose Try at Home instead of Add to Cart on any eligible piece. You can try up to 6.
2. Check out
We place a temporary hold on the order total to reserve your pieces. It shows as pending in your account, not paid. Nothing is charged until you decide.
3. Try, then pay for what you love
Once your order lands you have 3 days to try everything on. Finalise in your Customer Portal, and you're only charged for the pieces you keep.

Sending something back?
- Log into the Customer Portal using the link below, or the link in the email we sent you.
- Select the pieces you'd like to return.
- We'll email you a prepaid return label.
- Print it, attach it, and drop your parcel at your local post office.
Returns must be posted within 3 days of finalising your order. If you return every piece from your order, a $12 restocking fee applies.
FAQs
Add any eligible item to your cart with the TRY AT HOME button, up to 6 at once. A hold will be placed on your card. You'll have 3 days from when your parcel arrives to try everything on. You will only get charged for what you keep. Available for Australian orders only, for now.
You'll enter your payment details at checkout as usual, and we'll place an authorisation hold on your card for the order total. This is just a temporary hold to confirm your payment method is valid. It shows as pending in your account, but no funds leave it. You're only charged once you finalise your order through the Mirra Customer Portal, and only for the pieces you keep.
Jump into your portal before your 3 days are up. If your trial period expires before you've made your selections, your order will be finalised automatically and you'll be charged for everything in it.
Finalise your order in the Mirra Customer Portal and select what you'd like to send back. We'll email you a prepaid return label. If you return every piece from your order, a $12 restocking fee applies, covering shipping, handling and processing. It's only ever charged when nothing from the order is kept.
Underwear must be worn, and all tags and hygiene liners need to stay attached. Please keep pieces free from makeup, fake tan, deodorant marks and pet hair, and fold anything you're returning back into its original packaging. Pieces need to reach us unworn and in original condition, otherwise we may not be able to accept the return and you'll be charged for that piece.
